She also serves as an Operating Executive at Alpine Investors, supporting portfolio companies in building scalable people practices.

As a Wowledge Expert Partner, Ayanna collaborated on developing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program, contributing practical frameworks and strategic guidance to help organizations build more inclusive, equitable, and high-performing cultures. She holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, combining business strategy, leadership, and public policy expertise to help HR leaders create lasting organizational impact.
