What is included in a program package?

Each program package contains step-by-step practice guides, tools, templates, and insight articles to accelerate the implementation of essential strategic HR programs (see our catalog for the latest list of topics). Since each organization has unique characteristics, needs, and aspirations, everything is organized utilizing our exclusive three-level "progression" approach – from Core to Advanced to Emerging practices – that reflect distinct levels of sophistication.

What happens after I make all my program package selections?

You will have ongoing access to your selected program packages for the duration of your subscription and can upgrade your plan to the next level for increased content access and benefits. When you renew your subscription at the end of each yearly cycle, you can make new program package selections based on your evolving priorities.

How do I manage or change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the yearly billing cycle unless you change this in account settings. When you choose not to renew or downgrade your plan, you will still have access to all your content and features until the end of the cycle.

What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?

Your account will automatically default to Access Member with access to open content on the Wowledge platform. You will no longer have content contribution capabilities or view full documents of selected program packages but have the option to reactivate or upgrade your account at any time.

What are "wows" and what are they used for?

As a collaborative platform, users’ actions and contributions are recognized at multiple levels earning them status through system tokens, called wows. These are pledged to differentiate the usefulness of content and to upvote recommended products and services referenced on practice guides and insight articles. Each paid membership level is granted a certain number of wows at the start and with each subscription renewal.

How many people can use a subscription plan?

Subscription plans are single-use and personalized to your unique content selections. Each user has an individual profile that increases their status on the platform based on diverse actions and subscription renewals. Any Member can invite Access members to the platform to benefit from its open content.

How do members contribute and participate in community learnings?

As a member, you can choose to contribute your experiences on relevant articles. This is often provided in the form of lessons from the field, references to applicable research, and related products or services. You become part of an active community enriching the most robust yet actionable and up-to-date practices in HR.

How do you ensure the ongoing quality and consistency of content?

Our specialist teams and expert partners network, research, develop, monitor, and curate every single piece of content.
