Charles Goretsky is a co-founder and the Chief Content Officer of Wowledge, where he leads the development and oversight of all content offerings. He has 40 years of experience in human resources as a senior leader of corporate HR functions, a consultant to leading F500 and global firms across industries, and an executive coach to C-suite executives and high-potential leaders. With deep expertise in HR strategy, integrated talent management practices, and HR and people analytics, he has worked with large corporate clients, government agencies, and start-up and emerging companies.

Carlos Larracilla is a co-founder and the CEO of Wowledge. His career spans nearly three decades as a top management consultant for Deloitte and Accenture, a global HR executive, and a serial entrepreneur. Carlos is also a graduate of Babson College's MBA program and Tulane University's Entrepreneurship program. Throughout his career, he has helped some of the most recognized Fortune 500 companies and nascent organizations create best-in-class strategic HR programs. As a Hispanic professional, Carlos is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), taking on multiple leadership roles at Deloitte and in the communities he is involved with.
