As Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Nike, he enabled the company’s shift to a new operating model. At Johnson & Johnson, Clint served as Global Head of Talent Development/Chief Learning Officer, where he redesigned the executive leadership programs and led a major organizational redesign in J&J’s $12B immunology business. He has also served as Chief Talent Officer for companies backed by JAB, TPG, and CD&R, guiding growth and turnarounds at firms like Asurion, National Veterinary Associates, and Covetrus.
