For over 20 years, Jennifer McEwen has been helping organizations, teams, and individuals create powerful and lasting results through leadership. She has served in officer roles in large organizations as part of an executive career in multiple industries ranging from defense to retail grocery.

Jennifer has led numerous large-scale organizational culture transformations, focusing on improved employee experience and customer experience. She was executive sponsor for “the world’s most complex organization re-design” according to a leading organization design expert. One of the organizational transformations she led was published in 2021 as a Harvard Business Review Case Study for what works.

Jennifer is a Co-Founder of LAITHOS, The Leadership Impact Company. LAITHOS helps people do more, show up brilliantly, and make a greater impact through their leadership.

Born in the US and raised in Sri Lanka, Jennifer graduated with her BA degree in Business and Psychology from Valparaiso University and earned her MA and PhD degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University.

Jennifer also travels, writes, volunteers, and enjoys coastal life in Atlantic Beach, FL.
