Mike currently serves as Chief Advisor to LeaderWorks, a management consulting firm. He is the author of multiple books, the most recent being Creating Meaningful Change with co–author Clint Kofford and Everydayness: Internal Practices for Seeing, Being, and Doing in a Post-Pandemic World.  

Mike is the founder of the University of Toyota (UOT) – a recognized best-practice corporate university. As a management consultant, Mike has designed, developed, and managed dozens of leadership and culture development programs – facilitating new levels of performance within companies like Nike, Toyota, Harley Davidson, Lexus, Span Alaska, MAS, Avery-Dennison, Netstock, and Johnson & Johnson.  

Mike’s education has taken him from a Gonzaga University BA – to a University of Southern California MBA – to a doctoral degree at Claremont Graduate University.
