Previously, he spent more than a decade at Deloitte Consulting, where he served as Senior Manager, Human Capital Consulting and Future of Work Lead for Latin America, leading large-scale HR transformation, organizational design, talent management, and operating model initiatives while advising CHROs and executive teams across the region.
