Tim has served the world’s leading companies on human capital, talent, workforce, and organizational design and transformation – always as a consultative partner and thinker. His Industry experience includes professional services, financial services, financial technology, manufacturing, energies, utilities, federal/local government, and start-ups. He current works with organizations to enable them to align their organize structure and operating model to their strategy through Orgvue’s powerful organization design planning platform. He partner with Wowledge to develop and promote HR strategy material around HR’s Role in Digital Transformation.

Tim has an MBA from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science from The Ohio State University. He also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Tim regularly presents at industry conferences and notable has presented “Moving to Self-Sufficiency in a Cloud World” at a recent Oracle OpenWorld and “The Future of Work in Accounting and Finance” at Kent State University’s Meonske Accounting Conference in 2023.

When not working directly with clients or on professional engagements, Tim is an active investor in private equity and venture capital opportunities. He works with multiple syndicators and enjoys identifying unique and creative start-ups to support. He’s a life-long student across a variety of topics and passionate about all-things-science, science communication, and promoting scientific literacy.
