Presentation of the content is where all of the design and development work comes together in either a live (in-person or virtual) or eLearning environment. The leading practice involves engaging learners with lively content that enhances their understanding and retention of the material.

Learning is delivered in an instructor-led environment in three different methods:

1. Presenting – primarily non-interactive such as a speech; “telling” the audience.
   
   
2. Educating – instructing the audience including answering their questions.
   
   
3. Facilitating – guiding the audience to generate their own understanding and conclusions about the content.
