She is a lecturer/adjunct professor in Leadership, Strategy & Human Capital Management, including Columbia University’s Master’s in Human Capital Management program and Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman College of Business. She is also the author of the textbook Leading with Data-Driven Insights (January 2024).
