Charles Goretsky is a co-founder and the Chief Content Officer of Wowledge, where he leads the development and oversight of all content offerings. He has 40 years of experience in human resources as a senior leader of corporate HR functions, a consultant to leading F500 and global firms across industries, and an executive coach to C-suite executives and high-potential leaders.  With deep expertise in HR strategy, integrated talent management practices, and HR and people analytics, he has worked with large corporate clients, government agencies, and start-up and emerging companies.

He holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. He has held certifications from SHRM, HRCI, and as a coach through ICF, and has published numerous articles on topics ranging from expatriate compensation strategies to leading and leveraging HR in corporate turnarounds.

His efforts have consistently assisted organizations identify, develop and implement strategic human capital management strategies, practices, and systems.  His career-long orientation has been on substantially enhancing their abilities to attract, develop, retain, and engage high-performing workforces while focusing on measurable and business-based results.
