Charles Goretsky is the co-founder and the Chief Content Officer of Wowledge, where he leads the development and oversight of all site content. He has over 40 years of experience in human resources as a senior leader of corporate HR functions, a consultant to leading F500 and global firms, and an executive coach to C-suite executives and high-potential leaders. With deep expertise in HR strategy, integrated talent management practices, and HR and people analytics, he has worked with large corporate clients, government agencies, and start-up, emerging, and turnaround companies.

He holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. He has held certifications from SHRM, HRCI, ICF, and the Coaches Training Institute.
