Toni Thomas is a Regional Director of Business Development at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, the largest privately-held, independent outplacement company that takes pride in its people-first approach to career transition during a consolidation. There, she works with Human Resources and Business Leaders to provide customized, results-driven career transition services and executive coaching solutions to the Greater Philadelphia area. In doing this, Toni provides support to business leaders making crucial talent decisions when faced with a consolidation, restructuring or reduction-in-force. She advises these leaders in the onboarding of newly-displaced employees into outplacement services.
