Chief Content Officer|Co-founder

Charles Goretsky is a co-founder and the Chief Content Officer of Wowledge, where he leads the development and oversight of all content offerings. He has over 40 years of experience in human resources, serving in senior corporate HR leadership roles, consulting for industry-leading firms globally, and coaching C-suite executives and high-potential leaders. With deep expertise in HR strategy, integrated talent management practices, and HR and people analytics, he has worked with large corporate clients, government agencies, and start-up and emerging companies.

His motivation as a co-founder of Wowledge comes from years of experience introducing industry-leading, cutting-edge HR practices in organizations ranging from Global 500 companies to small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and finding that such practices can be scaled across organizations of all sizes and maturity levels. He believes in democratizing access to such advanced thinking for “lean” HR teams that lack the experience and/or resources to design and implement the processes and practices that top consulting firms charge hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop.

Charles holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. He has held certifications from SHRM, HRCI, and ICF and regularly publishes thought-provoking pieces on topics relevant to HR leaders and professionals. His focus is on guiding HR teams on how best to position the function as a business-aligned, data-driven, and humanistic driver of business, financial, operational, and talent success.
