Nataliya Harkins is an accomplished professional and researcher in Human Capital Management. She developed her professional expertise at top consulting companies Deloitte and Korn Ferry, where she led change management and enablement programs in enterprise workforce transformation.

With over 15 years of experience in talent management and organizational development, she empowers teams and individuals using her expertise in leadership, talent development, coaching, and strategy consulting. Lately, she has focused on technology solutions and AI-enabled tools to elevate the planning and execution of talent management strategies.  

She holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Sociology of Management from V.Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine. She was certified as a Cloud Digital Leader with Google and a Human Capital Cloud Strategist with Deloitte. She has served on the Twin Cities Association for Talent Development Board of Directors, held certifications from SHRM and HRCI, and is a talent assessment and leadership solutions coach for managers and high-potential leaders.
