Purpose

A tool used to analyze distinct aspects of technology providers relevant to the organization in order to aid decision-making. The form allows scoring features and other characteristics to differentiate multiple providers and produce an analytical comparison for a final selection or further due diligence.

How to use this tool

After preliminary research on the products and offerings from a diverse set of providers in the subject area, a list of features can be integrated from which to prioritize those considered key features. This can be completed by classifying features into “must-have” vs. “nice-to-have” and validating with selective stakeholders.
