How to use this tool

Use the template to connect wellness investments with the HR function and its primary objectives, identifying areas of misalignment for follow-up.

  1. Start by filling out the Business Mission and Vision and HR Mission and Vision fields to establish strategic context.
  2. Identify HR Objectives and HR Goals for the next 12-18 months, and the Key Performance Indicators to measure success.
