Purpose

This tool provides a structured approach to capture comprehensive snapshots of employee wellness based on the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Total Worker Health assessment questions. Data from this assessment can be used to compare departments, locations, responses based on employee tenure, support for new vs. existing programs, and more.

How to use this tool

Use this template to build the plan for using the Total Worker Health Assessment, including identifying the purpose of the assessment, timing, and areas of focus. In addition, the tool enables tracking and comparisons of scores across relevant groups and progress through time.
