This tool provides a structured approach to identifying the current and future desired state of wellness practices within an organization. It provides cues for recognizing the organization’s maturity level and offers recommendations for advancing through six stages.

How to use this tool

This tool offers a detailed view of wellness maturity levels across multiple dimensions.

1. Begin by conducting a Workplace Wellness Maturity Assessment to determine the organization's current maturity level without biasing respondents by exposing them prematurely to the full maturity framework.
2. After completing the assessment, use the Maturity Framework to analyze specific gaps, focus areas, and recommendations for advancing to the next level.
3. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, using the framework to guide strategy development and align initiatives with organizational priorities.
4. Regularly revisit the framework to monitor progress, identify changes, and refine focus areas as the organization evolves.
