Purpose

Analyzing stakeholder interests and the impact of digital transformation efforts on them is critical to proper engagement planning. HR should identify the stakeholders it must work with to support digital transformation and plan how it will engage with them – including communications, project involvement, training, feedback, and involvement – to achieve the objectives of the digital transformation.

How to use this tool

Determine the engagement methods, tools, channels, and timing needs between HR and identified stakeholders. Utilize findings from current state analysis, initiative planning, and stakeholder analysis to determine the appropriate needs for each stakeholder’s involvement and engagement. List them in the tool as a way of planning and tracking required engagement.
