Purpose
A template for the individual employee to record their skills from a standardized taxonomy provided by the company with proficiency levels for each. Once all employees’ surveys are aggregated, the resulting data is used in identifying gaps between the demand (needed levels) and supply of skills across the organization.
How to use this tool
The Workforce Planning function provides the form to each targeted employee, with the full taxonomy available to select from.
