Purpose

The purpose of the change readiness assessment is to understand the readiness for change across the various stakeholder groups, with a focus on identifying the opportunities and barriers that may impact adoption of the new ways of working. It allows capturing data from stakeholders on issues, concerns, opportunities and strengths, identifies potential areas of resistance, opportunities and project risks and establishes a baseline for future change readiness assessments.
